Digital Employee Experience (DEX) is more than the buzz-word of the moment. Accelerated by the pandemic, DEX is tied to hybrid working, the dissolution of silos within IT and a focus on improving employee digital experience, while increasing automation and reducing the costs of operating IT. Employees have a “Digital Experience” every time they touch a keyboard or mouse. Every interaction with digital technology is a potential point of friction or facility for a user. Poor DEX increases costs, decreases productivity and increases employee frustration – leading to an decrease in profits and potentially an increase in employee turnover, which has further profit impact.
Join this free webinar on Thursday 7th April at 4pm BST and you’ll hear from Rich Gibbons from The ITAM Review, Jason Keogh, Field CTO at 1E, and ITAM industry veteran George Arezina as they discuss what DEX means to ITAM professionals and the future of IT in the Enterprise.
This event is brought to you by both The ITAM Review and 1E. When you register for the event your data will be supplied to both parties for the purposes of delivering the event and following up after. More details about how we use your data can be found in our privacy policy here.
