As SHI’s Global Director ITAM Services, Neil is responsible for all the IT Asset Management and ServiceNow services at SHI. In his day-to-day role, Neil leads from the front supporting many of the world’s largest organisations to create true ITAM programs in their business, his division works with customers of all shapes and sizes on Software Governance, License Compliance, Audit Defense, ITAM/SAM Cost Optimization, ITAM Process projects, ServiceNow implementation and support, as well as providing long term Managed Services, and of course supporting that with the people, processes and technology to provide true end-to-end support. Adam Smith-CairnsSr. Product & Solution Marketing Manager, ServiceNowAdam Smith-Cairns (also known as Adam Smith –not to be confused with the economist) is a Product & Solutions Marketing Manager on the ServiceNow Asset Management (ITAM & EAM) team. He has worked in multiple marketing roles for nearly 20 years with a focus on IT. Before he worked with ServiceNow, Adam worked for Ivanti, LANDesk, an e-Learning company, Novell, and an Apple reseller. In addition to his lively marketing career, Adam has also been an instructional designer, free-lance writer, customer advocacy leader, a diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) leader, life coach, and a martial arts instructor.
