About this event

Looking towards the future, ITAM’s role may be seen as unclear. With ITAM’s traditional ‘best practices’ facing challenges from innovations like cloud computing, IoT, AI, and citizen engineering, ITAM needs to pivot and transform to continue to showcase its value.

This panel webinar explores these challenges and how to shift from centralised, compliance-focused governance to comprehensive management that promotes information sharing and embraces modern technology. This approach aims to enable distributed technology management to meet organisational demands, optimising business value, enhancing technology experiences, and mitigating risks.
