Two UK pre-owned licence claims against Microsoft converge at the Competition Appeal Tribunal

The ValueLicensing (£270m) and Wolfson (£1.3bn–£3.5bn) claims against Microsoft are converging before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal, with hearings on 14–15 September 2026, The Register reported. UK organisations may fall within Wolfson's class of more than 2 million Microsoft customers.
