We’re lucky enough to have a Barrister speaking on day two of our UK ITAM Review Conference – on 5th October 2016.
Guy Tritton of Hogarth Chambers is an experienced intellectual property practitioner with a substantial and broad practice ranging from patents, copyright, designs through to franchising, competition law and commercial disputes. He has appeared in most tribunals including the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, Court of Justice of European Union, European Patent Office, the Trade Mark Registry, VAT Tribunal and Crown Court.
Guy is now a Grade A Inner Temple Advocacy Teacher and he is also Chief Examiner of the CIPA Litigation Skills Course. The chief author of Intellectual Property in Europe (4th edition, published November 2014, Sweet and Maxwell), Guy’s book is often cited in Advocate-General’s Opinions and is the textbook in several European universities.
Day two of the ITAM Conference will focus on Audit Defence – what are your burning audit-related questions?
To ensure that the ITAM Review Conference is as useful and informative as possible, we’d be grateful if you could take a few minutes to let us know what you’d like to see Guy cover in his session.
