A graduate of the Bauman`s Moscow State Technical University, degree of Informatics and control systems. In the field of information technologies since 2007. Early in his career worked as a web-developer, was involved in the development of the first in the Russian system of official electronic publication of legal acts. Since 2012 has been working in the field of IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM).
