Global economic pressures and lingering impacts of the pandemic are reshaping the business landscape. But technology budgets continue to expand and are undergoing a seismic shift toward innovation. While the transition from traditional on-premises solutions to agile, scalable cloud-based services remains significant, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and automation are becoming cornerstones of a modern IT strategy, driving transformative changes across industries.
Flexera’s 2023 State of Tech Spend Pulse offers an analysis of global spend trends in technology based on a survey of 506 IT decision makers and influencers across various industries. One standout finding illustrates this expected surge, with nearly a third of respondents expecting AI/machine learning to significantly increase over the next twelve months, and 44% of respondents anticipating a slight increase.
