Coming from a background in IT Infrastructure technical operations IT Security & Compliance, AJ is well-placed to share his experience of how dynamic SAM teams can build mutually-beneficial stakeholder engagement.

  Juliana Beauvais is a global marketing leader for technology and enterprise asset management at ServiceNow. She has been an industry analyst covering asset, maintenance, and facility management applications within IT, operations, and line of business functions across verticals. Juliana has written numerous research reports and articles on these subjects, as well as speaking on webinars, podcasts, and conferences, including IDC Directions. Juliana’s roots are in business research, having led market research and strategy for the smart building division of GE and helped launch a global internal research function at the Boston Consulting Group. With an undergraduate engineering degree and an MBA, she is passionate about communicating technical ideas to business executives and is a strong supporter of women in technology.

  Evan Orgel holds certifications in SAM and HAM from IATAM and is a FinOps Certified Practitioner. Evan has presented at many ITAM industry conferences, including IAITAM and Gartner. He has also taught ITAM workshops to thousands of attendees as well as developed the LISA ServiceNow training powered by ITAM Review. ​ ​ Prior to ServiceNow, Evan was a Principal Solution Consultant at Flexera Software covering software asset management, and application configuration management. Evan also worked at Morgan Stanley for 12 years in various IT roles. His most recent role was managing an IT operations team that performed application packaging and deployment, security patch management, and end user computing.
