Zluri Raises $20 Million

The SaaS management company Zluri has announced a $20 million Series B funding raise. Zluri tools enable IT managers to keep track of their organisation’s SaaS usage, monitoring who in the business has access to which apps, as well as how much they are spending, and giving them a means through which to take back control.

Zluri, which gained ITAM Review certification last year, is among the newest entrants in the burgeoning Enterprise SaaS Management tools market, having been founded in 2020. Despite offering such a new solution they already met all the requirements to meet the ITAM Review’s standard. In our report we stated that, “With the most comprehensive range of inventory and discovery methods in the market they will be able to deliver ROI in almost any organisation. Customer references reported ROI within days of deployment and note a strong focus on customer success”

This is Zluri’s second fund raise, with its Series A round completing in January 2022. Ritish Reddy, who co-founded the business with colleagues Chaithanya Yambari and Sethu Meenakshisundaram, says the business has evolved rapidly since even then.

This funding is further evidence of accelerating maturity in the SaaS Management Platforms (SMP) sector. After a flurry of new entrants and acquisitions in 2020/2021 we’re now approaching a steady-state amongst the standalone SMP providers. This funding gives Zluri the headroom to grow and innovate in new areas, not least automation and security. These emerging requirements for all SMPs are increasingly important as organizations look to operationalize management of their SaaS estates as part of business-as-usual activities. Zluri faces competition from both fellow SMP startups and many incumbent on-premises ITAM tool and service providers and this funding equips them to meet those challenges.
