15:00 - 15:30 License Dashboard - Empower your technology team to drive optimization and make informed decisions with SAM cost management
As computing moves away from a fixed cost expenditure model to a more variable consumption-based, pay as you go billing approach, organizations must introduce cost management to reduce costs by only paying for what they need. Hear from our specialist who will provide a demonstration of how License Dashboard ITAM solutions enables cross-functional teams to collaborate and implement faster delivery of cloud usage, while gaining more financial and operational control.
15:30 - 16:00 Flexera - Evolving Hybrid IT for the ITAM Professional
From datacenter and desktop to SaaS and cloud, ITAM professionals are working in an evolving IT space that creates new challenges daily. With licensing changes at major publishers, a move toward consumption-based modeling and the implementation of practices like FinOps, ITAM is more integral than ever toward pushing forward strategic initiatives across the organization. Join Flexera to learn more about how ITAM can help wrangle the Hybrid IT environment in a state of change.
16:00 - 16:30 Eracent - Automated Oracle License Position Reporting and Enhanced Foundational Data
Eracent’s Tools Day demo session will highlight two key aspects of ITAM and SAM: First, we will look at automated Oracle license position reporting, for Database, Named User-Plus and E-Business Suite products, among others. Key information is provided by ITMC Discovery™, which is Oracle GLAS-verified for Database and Fusion Middleware applications, and license position analysis and reporting is provided by the CLR for Oracle Applications™ module. The second topic will be the enrichment of foundational data that is used for ITAM SAM, IT Service Management and Security initiatives with the IT-Pedia® IT product data library. IT-Pedia provides a one-stop source of normalized product information to fill data gaps with attributes that can’t be discovered or are not provided with procurement data. The consistency provided by IT-Pedia data enhances the value of your systems for stronger reporting and more effective processes.
