A Northerner renowned for his shirts, Rich is a fan of most films, Hip-Hop, travel, football in general (and specifically MUFC), Marvel and reading as many books as possible. He has held positions with IBM and a number of technology companies as well as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Terry DivelblissSenior VP, Marketing & Technical Alliances, EracentTerry is responsible for managing partnerships, messaging, events and industry analyst relations at Eracent. He has over 30 years of software product management and marketing experience, and he has been active in IT Asset Management for over 22 years. His hands-on experience includes working with large client organizations to plan and implement ITAM repositories and, in parallel, more efficient business processes. In addition to numerous ITAM and SAM-related certifications, Terry has B.S. degrees in Management and Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and he holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. -
