Adam Smith-Cairns is a Product Marketing Manager on the ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) team. He has been in marketing with IT organizations for nearly 20 years with roles involving SAM, HAM, endpoint management, security, and network identity products and solutions. Before joining ServiceNow, he worked for Ivanti, LANDesk, an e-Learning company, Novell, and an Apple reseller. In addition to his lively marketing career, Adam has also been an instructional designer, free-lance writer, technical writer, customer advocacy leader, martial arts studio owner/lead instructor, and life coach.
