    Rich has almost 15 years’ experience in the world of IT and software licensing, having been both a software sales manager for a VAR and a Microsoft licensing endorsed trainer. A Northerner renowned for his shirts, Rich is a fan of most films, Hip-Hop, travel, football in general (and specifically MUFC), Marvel and reading as many books as possible. Finding ways to combine these with software licensing is always fun.

    Sean is a pioneer of SAM with over 20 years of experience in Software Asset Management and Cloud Cost Optimization.     For the last 20 years, Ryan’s career has been focused on ITAM program implementations, IT asset management and software license compliance. As an advisory services professional, he primarily served clients in the Fortune 100 looking to optimize hardware and software spend, understand contractual risk and realize IT operational efficiency. Ryan also built software audit licensing programs at large software companies from the ground floor, identifying more than $1B in compliance findings. Ryan currently leads Outbound Product at ServiceNow’s fastest growing product line, Asset Management.

    Becky Trevino is the Chief Product Officer at Flexera, where she leads the Product Management, User Experience, Product Marketing and Product Insights teams. Her mission is to build one Product function from strategy through go-to-market. Prior to Flexera, Becky led the Product team at Snow Software where she led the launch of Snow Atlas, built products and programs to drive double-digit ARR growth, and transformed the Snow pricing and packaging models to support Snow's transition from product to platform. Becky led several functions at cloud computing leader Rackspace including the Public Cloud Customer Success organization and Marketing where she created a new category in the public cloud market – cloud-enabled managed services. Becky started her career in Engineering Operations at Dell. She holds an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.     Mika Harviala is an ITAM Principal Consultant at SHI Inc. In this role, he collaboratively develops innovative asset management solutions for customers. He has more than 15 years of experience in various disciplines within asset management, from software development to solution consultancy and many roles in between. Mika has collaborated with many industry bodies including Business Software Alliance, as a member of the ISO 19770-3 working group, and has presented at IBSMA conferences. In his spare time, Mika enjoys reading, riding his motorcycle, and gaming. He makes his home outside of Charleston, South Carolina with his wife and pets.
