We’re already half-way through the popular twelve month 12 Box Training and Assessment Programme; The ITAM Review’s first free online training course for the ITAM community which has received over 1,600 registrations from ITAM Review readers across the globe to date.

How it works

Every month since January Martin Thompson, owner & founder of The ITAM Review, has delivered a live and interactive module via webinar in a virtual classroom – which is recorded and then made available to registrants to view on demand. Each module forms part of The ITAM Review’s 12 Box ITAM Maturity Model and is categorised into one of three core competencies integral to a modern SAM practice; people, process and technology.

After each live webinar, delegates are provided with follow-up resources for the module and encouraged to discuss the points raised and share experiences with their peers using a dedicated forum.

A new qualification

This educational programme will continue over the next 6 months, ultimately leading to a new qualification for attendees who view all 12 webinars and complete an online assessment at the end of the year.
